My opinion is that it is a good projector for multimedia. He has a speaker that allows for powerful sound, certainly enough for a small room. This is the high point of the product.
However, to use with the notebook in presentations I found it rather problematic. The lighting is not enough power to leave the screen well readable if the room is not very dark, and also some details may be lost due to low resolution.

I have no idea what is the problem. Try with other Flash storage, with JPG saved from the internet and saved on paintbrush. Try to format a pendrive of 4 GB or less in FAT32 and copy images from different sources to try to find out what gives the problem.
