Had previously purchased these pastry bags for the supermarket, with just a beak, by 15 real. Was my surprise find in China for just $ 3,50 and with six different nozzles!
On the back there is an explanation, writing in the already famous “Chinglish”, on the patterns made with each nozzle. Have not used them all to ensure that work.
The bag is reusable, but you can buy another one at the supermarket. To use you put the metal nozzle and wraps the round plastic piece on piece that is inside the bag.
There's the spout correctly placed at the tip of the pastry bag.
There are, in details, the nozzles available.
Using this bag I made these cupcakes roses for my niece's birthday. They were very tasty and beautiful!
A great product, but it is a pity that the bag is disposable. You can't just wash and use again. To make the topping I normally use the same recipe of Brigadier, and to be just replace the chocolate rose for Quick Strawberry. There are also recipes with sour cream to make a lighter icing.
