Looked quite Chinese sites for a cheese grater. It is quite difficult to find. I think Chinese do not like a lot of grated cheese. Just found this on Ebay.
It is of a piece with a removable crank and a place to put the Parmesan cheese. Already cut obviously.
At the bottom we have a little door, that serves both to remove the metal cutting and roll out the already grated cheese.
The cheese comes in the bigger hole and the crank in the shortest. On the inside we have a roll in the Hay the cheese.
To work properly you must press the transparent part forcing the cheese in the roller rotated the crank.
Give a little work, but it's a lot easier to grate the cheese so than in manually.
As I found the only product on Ebay, I can't leave the link. Products on Ebay after sold lose link. Then I leave a link to a search on Ebay by “Cheese Grater”. So you should find both the traditional, the manual and even some very expensive usually electric. You can also use the AllChinese to find cheese graters, too bad the Chinese sites do not usually have this type of product.
