Android devices have a limitation of memory by calling application “Heap Size Memory”, which in some cases may not be bad configured, especially in devices that have less than 512 MB of memory. If your Android is very slow this can be your case.

There is no way to increase the RAM using an APP. You can even improve or modify any way that the operating system manages the RAM, but not increase it.
