The pain in the Chinese phones are there, generally, few cover options. If you have an S3/S4 Galaxy or an iPhone can buy any type of variation: covers like gameboy, cassette tapes and even ears. Unfortunately, for my UMI X 2 there is only the cover below, with three color variations:
Apparently is a unique product of UMI, as well as the cover to the Jiayu G3. Good Chinese manufacturers care about that, Although both phones are Gorilla Glass, the side or rear can easily scratch.
The cover is plastic protection silicone on the side. All buttons, camera, microphone and speakers fit perfectly.
The buttons are a bit tough to tighten. But this usually happens in any cover.
The cover is of a very soft silicone, It still helps to cushion the fall in any accident.
There is a plastic part around the silicone case which holds rigidly attached to the phone. However, This plastic part is fragile and broke with about a week of use. I spent a Krazy Glue and was perfect!
The phone is well protected against scratches on the back and side, not protected by Gorilla Glass.
Below is my phone using the released ilauncher and the dust cap. Got an interesting combination.

Adriano, I bought a UMI X 2 and I'm hoping to get. You think it's worth upgrading from the tutorial that you posted it, without worrying about BKPs?? I was hot with this 3 g issue…
A doubt: UMI rom comes with the root user released?
Comes with Root released Yes, and as you bought the little time should already come with newest update.
Qdo get tell you the ROM version. And the issue of GPS? Did you ever test?
The GPS began to work in the latest versions of ROM, but it's pretty bad and it takes a lot to get the location. I don't use the GPS, so for me I don't care much.
