Mechanical kitchen timer

If the recipe says “300g flour”, I weigh with my digital scale, If says “oven to 250 degrees”, I'm using the IR thermometer and if says “Bake for 30 minutes”, nothing better than an adjustable timer with mechanical Bell.

This purchase was great. Comes with two mechanical watches and alerts you to 60 minutes. When you play makes a noise that wakes up the neighbors, It stands to reason if you are cooking at dawn, What I don't recommend.
