To load my tablets and mobile phones in the car I bought this vehicle load with two USBs. Had previously purchased other, but I was hoping this would solve the problem of noise in the audio output from my GPS while loading.
Has the capacity of 2.1 to a 1A output for another. The idea is to carry an iPad and an iPhone. Heats up a little when I put a tablet and a phone, but it works.
It's all metal, certainly better looking than the other. Features a blue led to indicate that it is connected.
Look closer to the USBs are protected with metal on the top.
The back is just like every other car charger.
Interested in the ease of the charger be opened, as it has a screw, and all of a sudden can be modified to resolve the noise problem in my GPS. Every time I turn on the vehicular charger appears a high frequency noise both via Bluetooth as via cable. This charger is not solved, but decreased enough. I'll see if I add a circuit to improve the filtering, and resolve the problem.
