The firmware update for the Lenovo K910 is one of the most diverse I've ever seen. To start, There are two ways to update.

Connect the usb cable just in pc port not in mobile phone.
Turn off your mobile.
Now open as admin minimal adb fastboot and write “fastboot boot recovery.img” (i believe that you download recovery image and renamed it in recovery.img) but don’t hit enter yet.
Now push both volume keys (volume up + volume down) and connect the usb cable. After vibrate hit enter in cmd.
After few seconds your phone will boot in recovery. (if not try again until boot, i tried several times to boot)
Now in cwm go to install zip–> adb sideload and push the power button. Now you see that writes waiting for sideload etc.
Go again in adb fastboot and write “adb sideload VIBE1411. ZIP” . after will you’ll see a percentage and when goes to 100% your phone will aytomatically install the ZIP. After install complete go and reboot system. You’re done.
This is the process. If you do it right you’ll have the result. Be patient and try again if you fail.
